This month’s product focus is on the ACO HexDrain Brickslot Channel in a 1 metre length. This fantastic high quality product provides a discreet slot drainage system for domestic block paving installation and threshold drainage. The ACO HexDrain has been combined with a new offset slot cover specifically designed for slab and block paving which has now created the ACO HexDrain Brickslot.

What – The HexDrain Brickslot is the perfect drainage solution for domestic block paving installation and threshold drainage. The HexDrain Brickslot has been manufactured from high strength recycled polypropylene. Designed with hexagonal columns to give the channel excellent strength for load bearing and offset grating which is ideal for use with up to 60mm block paving.
When and Where – The HexDrain Brickslot can be placed under block or slab paving up to 60mm deep and adjacent to walls and door thresholds. The high quality polypropylene channel makes the HexDrain Brickslot suitable for pedestrians and vehicle traffic of up to 1.5 tonnes. There are also eight variable vertical outlets to connect the system to HexDrain Sump Units or PVC-U pipe via a HexDrain Outlet Connector. Please note it is advisable to place a Brickslot Corner Unit every 3-5 metre length as a rodding access point.
Why – The HexDrain Brickslot is a discreet and unobtrusive slot drainage system for perfect use with domestic and light traffic areas and ideal for use in block paving or at thresholds. The design of the product makes for easy installation and the channels are designed to clip together for quick and simple on site fabrication.
