The SMART Airbrick Terracotta is an excellent and highly recommended product which is based on a modular design that allows air to pass through, but not water and will replace the standard air brick. The design solution of this brick employs a flood-activated valve that allows unrestricted airflow but blocks movement of water. The AirBrick will operate independently from all the house services as the power requirements are sourced from the floodwater. The AirBrick will activate automatically during flood conditions and will prevent the flow of floodwater under the property. It will also be activated during heavy winds to stop fast airflow beneath the property, assisting the retention of heat within the house.
