Manthorpe's Non-Profile tile vent has been designed as a quick and easy to install solution to provide ventilation for the roof space and mechanical extractions / soil stack termination through a flat tiled roof. Suitable for use with all the top tile manufacturers, the flat vent replaces a single tile to ensure the appearance of the roofline is unbroken and aesthetically pleasing.
The louvred grill has been designed and tested to maintain a 10k mm² of airflow whilst simultaneously channeling any ingress of water, out of the vent, on to the roof and down to the guttering.
