This sealant cures quickly is resistant to mould growth and can be applied in wet or dry conditions. It is developed to not shrink or crack along with being resistant to UV. As it is odourless you can comfortably use it in confined spaces and to top it all off you can paint over it which is especially easy as this sealant is clear.
